Pasta al Salmone

1 tbsp Butter
1 glass White Wine
1 cup Green Peas
300g Smoked Salmon Pieces
Grana Padano Cheese, grated
Salt and freshly ground White Pepper
Freshly ground Nutmeg
1/4 cup minced Parsley
1 cup Whipping Cream
500g Cappellini, Linguini, Fettucine or Spaghetti
N.B. Items in bold are available at all MF outlets.
Cook the pasta in boiling water as indicated on the packet.
Melt butter in a saute pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon pieces and the peas and saute for about 3 minute stirring occasionally.
Add the wine and let it reduce. Blend in the cream and reduce the heat, until you get a dense mixture.
Sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Simmer until the cheese melts.
Drain pasta, pour sauce over pasta. Sprinkle some more cheese and parsley on top.
