4 Chicken breast halves (skin removed)
1/3 cup melted Butter
1 tablespoon grated Grana Padano Cheese
1/3 cup fresh chopped Basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground Pepper
Salt and Pepper

Press 3/4 teaspoon coarse pepper into chicken breast halves. Combine 1/3 cup melted butter and most of the chopped basil; blend well.
Brush chicken lightly with basil and butter mixture. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper, Grana Padano cheese and remaining chopped basil.
Grill chicken (can be also barbequed) over medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with remaining melted butter mixture.
Pierce with a fork every now and then; juices should run clear when ready. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve with mashed or jacket potatoes.
